Wow I guess I need to get on here more often! Last time I posted Danika was only a month old! As you can tell by the picture she is growing up to be quite the little cutie pie :) She is such a good baby, and is usually smiling and giggling we just love her to pieces :) My little flower is blooming into a beautiful little girl!
Danika's Gramma Deb just came up to visit for 2 weeks and got to meet Danika for the first time. It was great seeing them interact and be able to enjoy their time together. We took Danika on a train ride to Seward and then on a boat ride in Resurrection bay where we got to see sea otters, eagles, puffins, humpback whales, and many other animals. It's neat seeing her reaction to new things. She is just so curious and fascinated with life around her. We also took her to the Alaska Wildlife park, she got to see baby moose and baby Yak as well as grizzly bears, elk, buffalo, lynx, caribou, reindeer, and black bear. I think it's great that she's getting exposed to all the wildlife up here at an early age. She is so curious to see all the animals and has started babbling about everything that she sees. She is our little baby doll and is perfect in every way :) We couldn't have asked for a better baby, and can't wait to see what her next achievement will be! So far she is rolling all over the floor and grabbing items (including mom's hair, ouch!) she probably will be crawling soon! Watch out world!
